Caddo County Jail Roster Search
The official Caddo County Jail inmate search is the central source for current local custody. It is run through the Caddo County Sheriff's Office and describes itself as the place to see who is in jail at the Caddo County Justice Center. The roster sorts inmates by booking date, uses booking-card results, and links each card to a public profile. The public page says the inmate search is updated hourly, so a new arrest may not appear at the exact moment intake starts.
The roster is not a universal Oklahoma inmate search. It covers the Caddo County Jail, also called the Caddo County Justice Center or Caddo County Detention Center in official pages. A person sentenced to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, housed at Great Plains Correctional Center, held by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, or in ICE custody will not be found by treating the county roster as a statewide locator.
If no match appears, the roster itself points users toward Oklahoma VINE. That matters in Caddo County because a missing result can mean release, transfer, a recent update delay, a state-prison move after sentencing, or a federal or immigration hold outside the local jail roster.
Use Caddo County Inmate Records
A name is usually enough to begin. The public Caddo County roster does not publish a booking-number search box on the visible page; its visible field is a name filter. People who already have a booking number, court case number, or bond paperwork should still compare those details after opening the profile or the court case.
- Open the official Caddo County Jail inmate search page and review the VINE notice before searching if custody-change alerts matter.
- Type the person's name into the field labeled "Search by Name..." and let the roster filter the current booking cards.
- If no name is entered, browse the cards by booking date and use the first, previous, numbered, next, and last page controls.
- Open the profile card for the inmate record and compare the name, booking date, charge text, age, sex, race, residence city, inmate ID, and classification.
- Use the profile action buttons only for their listed functions, such as Web Deposit, Commissary, or Inmate Notifications.
- If the person is missing, check VINE, call the jail, submit a records request, or search ODOC, BOP, and ICE based on the custody type.
Caddo County Roster Fields
The roster search interface is simple, but the controls are useful when the custody count spans more than one result page. The public page posts the name-filter instruction and does not list wildcard rules, minimum characters, or a booking-number-only search path.
| Field Label | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search by Name... | Text filter | No | Visible input named filter; filters current roster cards by name. |
| Pagination first | Link or button | No | Moves to the first result page when several pages exist. |
| Pagination previous | Link or button | No | Moves back one roster page. |
| Page number | Link or button | No | Generated page labels for the roster list. |
| Pagination next | Link or button | No | Moves forward one roster page. |
| Pagination last | Link or button | No | Moves to the last available roster page. |
Caddo County Inmate Profile Fields
The profile page is where Caddo County inmate records become more specific. The inspected sample profile used a public booking identifier in the URL and showed the booking number, booking date, demographic fields, charge text, classification, and a photo area. It did not show every field families often expect, so bond amounts, court dates, arresting agency, housing unit, warrant number, judge, and height or weight should be confirmed elsewhere if needed.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| BookingID | Public booking identifier used in the profile URL, such as the inspected example 16556. |
| InmateID | Person or inmate ID used by the jail and in VINE-linked notifications. |
| BookingNum | Jail booking number, with the inspected sample using a two-digit year plus sequence style. |
| BookingDate | Booking date and time, shown on the page and stored in the endpoint. |
| Mugshot or Pic | Booking-photo slot when a photo filename exists, or a no-image fallback. |
| Sex, race, age | Public demographic fields. Full DOB appeared in the endpoint, while the visible page showed age. |
| Residing city | City field if populated on the profile. |
| Classification | Jail classification. The inspected sample showed Minimum Security. |
| Charges | Booking charge text from the jail record. It may differ from formal court charges later filed by the District Attorney. |
| Action buttons | Web Deposit, Commissary, Inmate Notifications, View All Bookings, and More Bookings links. |
For booking photos and the public profile image slot, the Caddo County jail mugshots page explains the photo rules, no-image fallback, and records-request route.
Caddo County Inmate Access Chain
The best lookup path depends on custody status. The local roster is the first stop for Caddo County Jail inmates, but it is only one channel. The 72-hour booking report is useful for recent arrests, the jail phone line is the fastest way to confirm release questions that are not posted online, and the Records Division is the formal route for copies or records not shown on the roster.
| Need | Where to Look | What to Know |
|---|---|---|
| Current local custody | Caddo County jail roster | Free public roster, no login located, booking cards sorted by booking date. |
| Recent booking | 72-hour booking report | Public report can be printed and saved as PDF. |
| Phone confirmation | (405) 247-6666 | Sheriff's Office and Detention Center line for current jail questions. |
| In-person business | 201 West Oklahoma, Anadarko, OK 73005 | Administration hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. |
| Copies or older records | Records Division | Open records requests, report copies, and research fees may apply. |
| Sentenced state prisoner | ODOC offender lookup | Use after transfer to Oklahoma Department of Corrections custody. |
| Federal prisoner | BOP inmate locator | Covers federal inmates from 1982 to present and does not publish mugshots. |
| Immigration custody | ICE Online Detainee Locator System | Use for immigration detainees; no Caddo County ICE facility was located. |
No official Caddo County Sheriff's Office roster app was located. The City Tele Coin app is for inmate communication, video visits, email, and direct-pay accounts after a facility is selected. It is not an official sheriff inmate-search app.
Caddo County Records Requests
The Sheriff's Office Records Division page says open records requests should be submitted to the Records Division for processing. That route matters when the roster has rolled over, when a profile no longer appears, when a booking photo is not public online, or when a user needs a copy rather than an online view. Crime victims are entitled to one free copy of their incident report, but the victim must appear in person and provide acceptable identity verification.
Fees listed by the Sheriff's Office include $0.50 per page for copies, $20 per hour for research, $10 per audio or video Disc/CD, $25 for background checks, $25 for fingerprints for two cards, and $50 for foreign civil service. Some reports can be emailed, while others can only be released by subpoena. Oklahoma open-records law also allows redaction or withholding when a statute or exemption applies.
The Caddo County bondsmen page is relevant after a jail lookup because it warns that bonds must include case numbers if cases have already been filed. The official Caddo County bondsmen instructions also state that bonds not properly filled out or notarized will not be accepted, approved, or filed by the court clerk, and the defendant may be subject to re-arrest.
That local rule is a good example of why a roster profile is only the first custody check. Bond acceptance can depend on court case information that is not fully shown on the jail profile.
Caddo County Jail Facilities
Caddo County has two major detention settings that should not be mixed together. The Caddo County Jail is the local sheriff-run facility for recent arrests, pretrial detainees, local sentences, and holds shown in the county roster. Great Plains Correctional Center is a state prison in Hinton operated by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections under lease from The GEO Group. It holds sentenced ODOC prisoners from around Oklahoma, not a live roster of new Caddo County arrests.

Caddo County State Searches
The Oklahoma Department of Corrections offender lookup is the correct path when a Caddo County defendant has been sentenced and transferred to state custody. The ODOC lookup is disclaimer-gated. Before search access, ODOC says the lookup uses a newer data source, that unanticipated issues may occur, and that the data is abbreviated rather than a full explanation of offense, sentence, or time-to-serve details.
That disclaimer is a signal to confirm state-prison details with ODOC when sentence, release, parole, or facility assignment is important. Great Plains Correctional Center records belong in the ODOC lane, even though the prison is physically in Caddo County.
The ODOC offender information page covers mail, money, phone lists, open-records notes, probation, parole, and policy links. Non-privileged state-prison mail follows ODOC digital processing rules, while county jail mail follows the City Tele Coin process.
Federal and immigration lookups are separate again. The Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator searches federal prisoners from 1982 to present, while the ICE Online Detainee Locator System is for immigration custody. No active BOP or ICE detention facility in Caddo County was located in the research.
Caddo County VINE Notifications
Oklahoma VINE is a custody-notification and search fallback linked from the Caddo County roster. The county roster says victims can use phone or internet to search custody status and register for telephone and email notification when custody status changes. The VINE phone number listed in the research is 877-654-8463.
The Oklahoma VINE person search is useful when a name is not found on the Caddo County roster or when custody-notification alerts matter more than a static booking profile.
VINE does not replace the Sheriff's Office records process. Use it for custody status and alerts, then use the jail, Records Division, court clerk, ODOC, BOP, or ICE channel for the record type that fits.
Caddo County Visitation Records
After a roster match confirms current Caddo County Jail custody, visitation and contact rules move to the official inmate visitation page. Caddo County uses City Tele Coin video visitation. The official page says there are no face-to-face public visits at the facility, and visits must be scheduled in advance. Attorney visits have separate rules, identification requirements, and prohibited items.
| Visit Type | Schedule or Limit | Rules and Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Video visitation | 7 days per week, 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM | City Tele Coin registration through website or app. |
| Remote or on-site video | Two 20-minute visits per day, with 10-minute cooldown | Must be scheduled 24 hours in advance; visits are recorded. |
| Face-to-face public visitation | None | The official page says there are no face-to-face visits at this facility. |
| On-site kiosk | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM | For people without internet access at the Detention Center visitation kiosk. |
| Attorney visitation | Advance scheduling requested | Attorney of record should call the control officer at least 24 hours ahead. |
Mail also uses City Tele Coin processing. Inmate mail should include the inmate name and CTC Pin, Caddo County Jail, 4506 Marlena St. Unit 14, Bossier City, LA 71111. Physical mail is not received except legal or approved privileged mail, books and magazines must come directly from a distributor, and money orders are returned.
Note: Confirm current custody with the jail before scheduling a visit, sending funds, or mailing records tied to a recent booking.
